Our data collection and processing practices differ depending on whether you are a general consumer ("Consumer") or an enterprise user ("Enterprise Customer").

We have designed our App to prioritize your privacy.

a. For Consumers:

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any Personal Data from Consumers who download and use our App.

No Sign-Up Required: You can use the App without creating an account or providing any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Offline Functionality: The core features of the App are designed to work offline, and no data is sent to our servers during normal use.

No Tracking: We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data from our Consumer users.

b. For Enterprise Customers:

To access and use our enterprise-level services, we require certain information to create and manage your account, fulfill our contractual obligations, and provide support. The information we collect is limited to:

Contact Information: Full name and business email address of designated users.

Company Information: Company name and billing details as required for invoicing.

This information is provided directly by you or your organization's administrator during the onboarding process.

2. How We Use Your Information
a. For Consumers:

As we do not collect any Personal Data from Consumers, we do not use it for any purpose.

b. For Enterprise Customers:

We use the information collected from Enterprise Customers for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve our Service.

To create and manage your user account.

To process transactions and send you related information, including invoices and confirmations.

To send administrative or support communications, such as updates to our services or security alerts.

To respond to your comments, questions, and requests.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data with any third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes.

However, please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems.

5. Data Retention
For Enterprise Customers, we retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service and fulfill our legal and contractual obligations.

For Consumers, no data is collected, so no data is retained.

6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where applicable by law). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify our Enterprise Customers via email or through the Service prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage all users to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
